1. This offer is exclusive to companies who: a) are not currently clients of Stage and Screen; b) agree to ensure all travel is booked through Stage and Screen and transfer their entire business travel account to Stage and Screen; c) have a minimum annual business spend agreed with your Business Development Manager. 2. This offer is only available to companies who do not require management services for private fares or gross offers from airlines. 3. Promotional period starts 1 May 2013 and ends at 5pm EST on 30 June 2013. 4. To qualify, companies must become a client of Stage and Screen, book and pay for qualifying Cathay Pacific airfares, within the promotion period. Travel must be on Cathay Pacific operated services and does not include codeshare services. 5. $100 credit will be issued for every $1000 of Cathay Pacific airfares booked and paid for with Stage and Screen. For example, new clients who book and pay for $1990 worth of Cathay Pacific flights will receive $100 credit, while $2100 worth of flights will receive $200 credit. This offer is not a 10% rebate. Credit value will be calculated on the total dollar amount booked, paid and travelled within the promotional period, inclusive of taxes, charges and other government levies relating to Cathay Pacific air travel. 6. A maximum of $1000 credit will be issued to a single new client during the promotion period which translates to a $10,000 spent on Cathay Pacific flights. 7. The Cathay Pacific credit is capped at $10,000 value nationwide and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. 8. Credit issued must be used on Cathay Pacific operated services, and must be booked with Stage and Screen. 9. Credit must be spent before 30 September 2013 for travel to be completed by 31 December 2013. 10. Credit is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange. 11. The memberships to the Marco Polo Club are capped at 100 available nationwide and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. 12. Travellers will need to sign up to the Asia Miles programme before the Marco Polo Club membership is granted.
