1. This offer is exclusive to companies who: a) are not currently clients of Stage and Screen; b) agree to ensure all travel is booked through Stage and Screen and transfer their entire business travel account to Stage and Screen; c) have a minimum annual business spend of $50,000 (incl. GST). 2. This offer is only available to companies who do not require management services for private fares or gross offers from airlines. 3. To qualify, companies must become a client of Stage and Screen, book and pay for qualifying Qantas airfares within the promotion period. 5. One annual membership to The Qantas Club will be issued for every $5000 of Qantas airfares booked and paid for with Stage and Screen. Travel must be on Qantas operated services and does not include code share services. (a) For example new clients who transact $5000 value of Qantas flights will receive one annual membership. Likewise $10,000 will receive two annual memberships. (b) Number of memberships will be calculated on the total dollar amount booked, paid and travelled within the promotional period, inclusive of taxes, charges, and other government levies relating to Qantas air travel. 6. A maximum of three annual memberships will be issued to a single client during the promotion period which translates to a $15,000 spent on Qantas. 7. Annual memberships will be awarded within 20 days of the redemption being processed by Stage and Screen. The nominated travellers Qantas Frequent Flyer number will need to be given to Stage and Screen at time of booking. 8. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.9.
