Like all companies, we are monitoring the impacts of COVID-19. With a strong cash balance and relatively low debt and active Business Continuity Plans in place to ensure ongoing operations in times of crisis, we believe we are better placed than most travel companies to overcome any challenges.
However, we do want to make sure we keep a tight control over our cost base over the next few months – which is why we are looking to make a few adjustments around excessive staff leave.
Please be assured that our customers are our first priority, particularly during this time. There will be no disruption in our ability to manage your travel programs and our service levels will remain in place. You will continue to receive the highest levels of support.
