COVID-19 Travel Itinerary Advice

AU-SS-Travel-Advice-LP

The following COVID-19 travel advice will be added to our domestic and international itineraries to assist Stage and Screen customers and their travellers navigate the current uncharted waters.

Domestic Itineraries: IMPORTANT COVID-19 TRAVEL ADVICE

The Federal and State Governments have imposed restrictions on travel and transit points, namely for non-essential travel and customers are advised that due to the unprecedented circumstances, the rules can change or become more restrictive with little or no notice.

On that basis, Stage and Screen Travel Services cannot guarantee that you will be able to travel as per your booking should such restrictions already be in place or change. You assume the risk for your travel and therefore we recommend you familiarise yourself with the current status and updates to Australia's immigration and border arrangements during the COVID-19 outbreak, available at http://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/

Airlines may in some instances not offer refunds for these circumstances, only credit, and may not have alternative arrangements for your onward travel.
Before arriving at the airport, please ensure you have read and understand the airlines' covid safety measures and policies which are available on their websites.

International and Trans-Tasman itineraries: IMPORTANT COVID-19 TRAVEL ADVICE

An International travel ban is in place for all Australians effective 25 March 2020.

Please visit https://www.smartraveller.gov.au/ for further information.

This travel ban does not apply to foreign nationals seeking to return to their home country. There are significant reductions in airline capacity and extensive travel and quarantine restrictions both for transit and upon entry to destinations. We strongly recommend you familiarise yourself with the current status and updates to each country that you are travelling or transiting through. For Australia's immigration and border arrangements during the COVID-19 outbreak, you can view these at http://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/

Warning: Customers transiting multiple countries

Most airports around the world are imposing new government restrictions and quarantine rules with little or no prior notice. Please check the stopover airports you are transiting for the latest information in regards to restrictions and closures. It is likely and possible you may be denied boarding if your passport/nationality does not meet the requirements of the transiting countries.

Airlines may in some instances not offer refunds for these circumstances, only credit, and may not have alternative arrangements for your onward travel.

Airline mask and COVID-19 safety policies

Before arriving at the airport, please ensure you have read and understand the airlines' covid safety measures and policies which are available on their websites. Some airlines ask that you bring your own mask and may deny boarding without one.
