What do you love about your job? The people we get to work with! The travel industry brings people together from all walks of life from our clients to our colleagues, everyone has their own pieces of knowledge to share around!
What do you consider to be your biggest strength in your role? Being able to multitask and being detail orientated would be my biggest strengths, with so many things going on at once it is quite vital to be able multitask and have good attention to detail.
How are you supporting your customers' travel in this new world? By keeping in touch, being present & keeping them informed so that when they're ready to get out there in the international space they know who to come to for trusted information.
What do you love about your job? I love meeting new people and solving problems - luckily I get to do these both daily in my role.
What do you consider to be your biggest strength in your role? Industry experience is my biggest strength in my role, I've worked in the travel industry for over 15 years now so I've come across pretty much every possible scenario - although I do still get the odd surprise thrown at me but I love a good challenge to keep me on my toes!
How are you supporting your customers' travel in this new world? The last 18 months in the travel industry have been interesting to say the least, I've learned even more about the value of relationships and how important my role is to our customers. We support our customers by providing key industry insights to assist them when making policy changes and by having a team available 24/7 to accommodate all travellers' needs.
Why do you love Stage and Screen? I've been in the team since March 2021, and I love the travel challenges that get thrown my way. I helped on the travel for an inbound musical to New Zealand and that is one of the biggest and most complex pieces of work that I have ever done. It was also one of the most enjoyable. I learned so much about travelling in the world during COVID.

Travel management tip: Using an online booking tool can help increase productivity and cost savings across your business. Giving people access to make bookings when it suits them, and an authorisation process is also a good additional step, just keeps travellers accountable for costs.

What do you love about your job? I love that I get to work on strategic partnerships with our team and our customers. Really getting to know their business and how we can add value. I also love that I get to work with such a passionate committed bunch of superstars that really care about making travel easy every step of the way.
What do you consider your biggest strength in your role? Building relationships and really getting to know what's important to our people and our customers is something that I really pride myself on.
How are you supporting your customers travel in this new world? Information, recommendations and connection is key. Things are changing so quickly in all aspects of the world of travel in this new environment, so I work hard to ensure that we are helping our customers make informed decisions with their approach to travel.

What do you love about your job?
I love meeting and building relationships with people from all sectors and industries, both locally owned and large international corporations. I love delivering customised and bespoke travel solutions to ensure travel programmes receive maximum value and ROI, and that they are simple and stress-free - as they should be!
What do you consider is your biggest strength in your role?
While many travel programmes have similarities, no two are the same! I take the time to really get to know what drives our clients, understand their category goals and objectives, and how travel impacts their own role. I then use this to tailor a travel partnership solution that not only meets but exceeds these, to allow for growth and being flexible enough to adapt to changes.
How are you supporting your customers in this new world?
There is an ocean of information out there, some of it good, some of it irrelevant, and some of it doesn't make it to those who need to see it. I support my customers by providing them with up to date and relevant information to their travel programme to be their trusted source of good information. It's also important to be supportive through an understanding of people's changing working environments with many working from home etc. - don't be shy to jump on a Zoom or Teams call with us, even if you have a pet or child in the background - we understand!
What do you love about your job? Solving travel as a group puzzle gives me adrenalin and motivation, which I love. I also love the buzz of getting results, making things easier for the customer, and the achievement of a successful event.
What do you consider to be your biggest strength in your role? My experience access all customer sectors, and understanding how they tick and what they strive for - whilst having experience of managing travel consistently through a Covid climate.
How are you supporting your customers' travel in this new world? I've had 18 months of experience navigating travellers domestically, but majority internationally, through our sudden covid climate. My work and observations with repatriation travel throughout 2020 has played a huge part of being able to give customers solid advice, solid routes, and solid airlines.
