Sydney based Account Management Leader Wonitta Atkins believes the next year will see the Stage and Screen team further develop its Stage Analytics program. Wonitta said that with the help of their onsite Data Analyst, Stage would be helping their clients to further analyse traveller behaviour and think more strategically about cost containment and advanced purchasing behaviour.

Wonitta added that Stage would also be embracing the new online booking platform, Savvy, with the help of parent company Flight Centre Travel Group. “Functionality plus!” she said.  Plus there will be further development of Stage and Screen’s mobile app that will help to make a client’s travel experience even easier to manage.  

“In 2019 we’ll also be focusing on ways we can free up our account managers’ time. We want to secure firm business plans and make sure our team and the client are reaching for the same goal s. Both stakeholders - us and our clients -  will be accountable for them. Because it’s not just about us, our relationships with our clients work both ways. In fact, they’re more than relationships, they’re partnerships”.
