New Air NZ Perth lounge

Air New Zealand plans to open a lounge at Perth Airport later this year. It will be the carrier’s first lounge in Perth and part of its continued lounge development program.


Sydney Airport BizTweet

Sydney Airport has launched a new BizTweet service. Travellers flying to or from Sydney Airport can tweet their flight number to @flySYD to keep up to date with the real time flight information via social media.


Qantas adds Beijing

Qantas has now commenced services on its new Sydney-Beijing Capital International Airport route. Flights operate on A330 - 200 aircraft.


JAL Dreamliners to Sydney

Japan Airlines is planning an aircraft switch on its Tokyo Narita-Sydney route. From 26 March, B787-9 Dreamliners will replace the B777-300ER aircraft currently operating between the two cities. The change means that the carrier will no longer be offering a first class service on the route.


Hilton Tapestry debut

Hilton Worldwide has launched another new hotel brand. The Tapestry Collection by Hilton will be positioned as an upscale option with seven US properties set to join the collection. There include one property in Chicago, Nashville, Warren, Hampton and Syracuse, and two in Indianapolis.


Etihad boosts Dusseldorf

Etihad Airways plans to double the frequency of its Adu Dhabi-Dusseldorf route. The carrier will add a second daily service from 26 March.
