StageGo is our cost-free, fully integrated online travel booking solution, ideal for organisations with simpler travel needs and onboarding completed in as little as the next business day. SAVI (also referred to as stageSAVI) is our customisable online booking solution recommended for any size organisation with more complex travel needs, with full implementation typically taking around two weeks. Both tools integrate with airline programs including Qantas Business Rewards and Virgin Business Flyer, plus our preferred hotel networks and The Hotels Network (THN) content.

SAVI includes everything in StageGo plus deeper mobile app integration with full booking and changes via the app, customisation of reference fields to match travel policy and supplier agreements, flexible travel authorisation solutions, cost centres, multiple payment options including credit card and invoice account, full hotel chargeback options, and travel policy controls. Yes. The Stage and Screen Mobile App functions as a mobile command centre for travellers and travel managers. Through the app, users can view itineraries, receive real-time alerts, message their travel manager directly, and track freight, all from their phone. For SAVI clients, the app also enables full booking and trip changes. The app works across both StageGo and SAVI platforms, with itinerary functionality on StageGo and full bookability on SAVI.

The HUB is our custom dashboard that consolidates all bookings and support tools into one simple, secure platform. Within The HUB, users can view company travel policies and approval rules, store traveller preferences, profiles, and contact details, and connect directly with their dedicated Travel Manager. The HUB is designed to reduce admin, streamline communication, and keep teams moving. It is available across both StageGo and SAVI platforms.

Our Power BI Reporting Suite delivers 365-day visibility across your entire travel program with real-time dashboards available on demand. Standard reporting includes overall travel spend analysis, air, hotel, and car spend breakdown, advance purchase and lost savings tracking, online booking performance metrics, and city pair and preferred supplier analysis. Advanced capabilities include custom fields for job numbers, cost centres, departments or events, interactive dashboards with granular drill-down available 24/7 365 days a year, automated reports scheduled or accessed on demand, quarterly data insights sessions with your Account Manager, and forward visibility through weekly forward bookings and credits-on-hold reports.
