Your travel checklist

Here’s a checklist of items you’ll need to organise before you jump on a flight to Singapore.

  • Apply for the Vaccination Travel Pass (VTP) before flight.
  • Apply to enter as a short-term visitor through the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) and ensure you meet the conditions.
  • Complete and submit the SG Arrival Card at least 3 days prior to intended arrival.
  • Singapore requires travellers have proof of travel insurance which covers COVID-19 related medical expenses.
  • Have a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours of your flight to Singapore.
  • Arrive in Singapore on a designated VTL flight.
  • Pre-book and pay for a PCR test for arrival at Singapore airport.
  • Obtain your proof of vaccination using the International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC).

Arriving in Singapore

You are required to show proof of insurance for COVID-19 related medical expenses. Download and register on Singapore’s TraceTogether app which you’ll find here.

Returning to Australia

  • Australia does not require COVID-19 tests prior to travel or on arrival for fully vaccinated passengers. Check if your airline requires a COVID-19 test.
  • Complete a Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD) online within 72 hours of your departing flight.
  • Ensure you have your mask with you and your Australian International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (ICVC) is accessible for your flight home.
