Stage this year also has begun the recruitment process for a new implementation team as well as a tech support team.

“The demand to implement our HUB technology, along with Savi and Sam is increasing, particularly for our larger clients. A stronger structure with a focused implementation team will help to customise and optimise different tools for clients while the tech support team will be on hand to help with customer queries,” Juanita said.
